Preetha Simlai Saha

Preetha is a senior facilitator at the Tata Steel Management Development Center. She has to her credit 15 years of experience; 7 years in Marketing, Branding, Public Relations and Sales and 8 years as a soft skill and behavioral trainer. During her corporate life Preetha was associated with organisations like L’Oreal, Red Bull, Hyatt International, Singapore Airlines and The Oberoi Group.


Being a highly committed and positive person, training came naturally to Preetha. She has achieved competence in several areas of life and believes in empowering Individuals and corporate houses by helping them get what they want. She has imparted trainings and workshops across the country for various corporate houses like Axis Bank, Bajaj, Boston Consulting Group, D’décor, Essar India, Flipkart, Forevermark, Godrej & Boyce, HDFC Bank, ICICI, IDBI, IndusInd, Reliance, Kotak Mahindra, TATA AIG, UTI, Volvo, Titan, etc.


Academically she has done her Masters in Marketing and Communications Management (MBA), from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management (SIBM) and is a Law Graduate from the Indian Law Society Law College (ILS). She is armed with various certifications from THSC India, Achieve Global Singapore and IRDA in TTT – Customer Orientation & Service, Sales and Life Insurance domains. Preetha is an avid reader and loves to travel.
