Mr. Arvind Raikar

Arvind comes with 19 years of experience spanning IT, BPO, ITES, Telecom and Pharma Industry with a broad exposure in Leadership, People Management, Client Relationship Management, Strategy, Sales, Communication and Coaching.   Arvind has consulted with some of the top pharmaceuticals, IT, Automobile, ITES and BNFC Companies such as UNICEF, BARC, CITI, Accenture, Tata Capital Financial Services, TCS, AXIS, ICICI, Edenred India Pvt Ltd. Glenmark, Abbot India, Piramal Pharma, Merck, Medronics India, Teva India, USV, Cipla, John Deere, Tanishq, Galderma, Kotak, Mahindra & Mahindra, Volkswagen India, United Technologies (Carrier), Tata International covering solutions in Leadership and Strategic Management especially in the sales domain. He has also crafted solutions in the behavioral domain focused around organizational productivity by enhancing employee-manager relationship. Arvind has experience in delivering programs in Leadership, Sales, Key Account Management and Strategic Management. In the corporate world, Arvind has previously worked with Birla AT&T, Goldshield Service Plc, EFunds and HCL Infosystems, and has risen from a Management Trainee to Head Sales & Operations. He was also a senior training consultant at Dale Carnegie India for 3 years.   Arvind is a Bachelor of Commerce from Pune University and also holds a Master’s in Business Administration (Finance) from Pune University. He is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt. Arvind has undergone various courses at Dale Carnegie and is a Licensed Trainer of Dale Carnegie Course in ‘Leadership Training for Managers’, ‘High Impact Presentation’ and ‘Winning with Relationship Selling’.
