Welder-cum-Gas Cutter Matriculation. Age: 18-28 yrs
EOT Crane operator-cum-Rigger Matriculation. Age: 18-28 yrs
Hydraulic Technician ITI in Mechanical Fitter Trade. Age: 18-28 yrs
Civil Supervisor B.Sc with minimum 50% marks. Age: 20-30 yrs
Civil Mason Matriculation. Age: 18-28 yrs
Carpenter Matriculation. Age: 18-28 yrs
Plumber Matriculation. Age: 18-28 yrs

Mining Supervisor Diploma in Mining. Age: 20-30 yrs
Multiskilled Mining Crew Intermediate. Age: 18-28 yrs
Paint Application Supervisor Intermediatewith minimum 60% marks. Age: 18-28 yrs
Industrial Painter Matriculate . Age: 18-28 yrs
Electrical Supervisor Diploma/B.Tech in Electrical or Electronics Engg. Age: 20-30 yrs
Office Automation Intermediate with 60% marks. Age: 18-28 yrs
Admission Process
  • Admission to the courses is open to all Tata Steel Employee Wards, Spouse of employees of Tata Steel and General Candidates
  • Stipend: No stipend is payable during the period of training
  • Course Fee: The course fees is non-refundable. This does not include the refundable caution money, assessment fees and any other component like uniform, shoes etc. The fee amount is subject to change as and when decided by the institute
  • Accommodation: Limited hostel/messing accommodation may be available during training for the outstation candidates on a chargeable basis.
  • Assessment: At the end of the stipulated training JNTVTI will conduct its examination while Tata Steel Capability Development will conduct competency assessment test for employment opportunities with vendors of Tata Steel.
  • Certificates issued by JNTVTI will be awarded to successful candidates.
  • No employment will be provided in Tata Steel to the candidates. However, JNTVTI trust will try to help successful trainees in getting suitable employment.
  • The Admission will be granted based on the merit list prepared after Personal Interview.

  • Candidates are supposed to attach the following documents while applying online:
  • Medical Bool of self in case of Employee Wards
  • Caste certificate in case of SC/ST Candidates
  • Matriculation Certificate as Age Proof
  • Matriculation/Intermediate/Diploma/Degree mark sheet & Certificate
  • ID Proof

Documents to be submitted are not in hard copy. All required documents should be attached with the online application, In absence of which the application will be rejected.

If a candidate is found to be ineligible at any stage of the selection process or during the training then he/she will not be able considered for admission to the program or his/her training will be terminated, as the case may be.
