QFD is used to convert customer requirements into measurable targets. The course aims to create awareness on understanding and  deploying the voice of customer to controllable targets. After attending this course participants will be able conducting competitive assessment, creating products strategies, and develop product requirements through QFD approach.

  • Evaluation at the end of module
  • ‘Participation Certificate’ will be given to all the participants
  • Those securing 70% score in the test will be provided ‘Certificate of Excellence’.
