ADMISSION
Course Eligibility Duration Remarks
Site Safety Supervisor I. Sc. with minimum 60% marks. Age: 20-30 yrs 6 months Candidates with higher qualification (Diploma in Engg / B.Sc. / B.Tech.) may also apply – for them eligibility criteria is waived.
Mechanical Supervisor Diploma in Mechanical Engg. Age: 20-30 yrs 5months Candidates with Diploma in Automobile Engg / Production Engg or Degree in Mechanical Engg / Automobile Engg / Production Engg may also apply – for them eligibility criteria is waived.
Mechanical Fitter-cum-Rigger Matriculation with minimum 50% marks Age: 18-28 yrs 12 month Candidates with any qualification higher than Matriculation can also apply
Electrician Matriculation with minimum 50% markS Age: 18-28 yrs 12 months Candidates with any qualification higher than Matriculation can also apply
Welder-cum-Gas Cutter Matriculation Age: 18-28 yrs 12 months Candidates with any qualification higher than Matriculation can also apply.
EOT Crane operator-cum-Rigger Matriculation Age: 18-28 yrs 5 months Candidates with any qualification higher than Matriculation can also apply.
Hydraulic Technician ITI in Mechanical Fitter Trade Age: 18-28 yrs 3months Candidates with higher qualification (Diploma or B.Tech. in Mechanical Engg.) may also apply – for them eligibility criteria is waived.

ADMISSION PROCESS

  • Admission to the courses is open to all Tata Steel Employee Wards, Spouse of employees of Tata Steel and General Candidates
  • Stipend: No stipend is payable during the period of training
  • Course Fee: The course fees is non-refundable. This does not include the refundable caution money, assessment fees and any other component like uniform, shoes etc. The fee amount is subject to change as and when decided by the institute

  • Step 2: Please fill the application and submit online

SELECTION PROCESS:

  • Online assessment and / or Personal Interview
  • Medical Test

SPECIAL INSTRUCTION:

  • Candidates are supposed to attach the following documents while applying online:
  • Medical Bool of self in case of Employee Wards
  • Caste certificate in case of SC/ST Candidates
  • Matriculation Certificate as Age Proof
  • Matriculation/Intermediate/Diploma/Degree mark sheet & Certificate
  • ID Proof

Documents to be submitted are not in hard copy. All required documents should be attached with the online application, In absence of which the application will be rejected.

If a candidate is found to be ineligible at any stage of the selection process or during the training then he/she will not be able considered for admission to the program or his/her training will be terminated, as the case may be.
