Dr. Pradeep Nerayanuri

Pradeep is an Electronics & Communication Engineer from Andhra University, and a Fellow of IIM Bangalore with specialization in Organizational Behavior, Design and Human Resource Management. His expertise lies in setting up and enhancing HR systems and processes, aligned to business needs and employee aspirations so as to enable organizational excellence and increase employee engagement.   Pradeep has consulted extensively for organizations, both as an external and internal consultant, in the areas of Visioning, Strategy Development, Organization Structuring, Role Clarification, Job Evaluation, Grade Structure, Competency Frameworks, Employee Assessments, Performance Management, Career Management, High Potential Management, Leadership Development, Succession Planning, Culture Assessments and Engagement Surveys. In addition, Pradeep has capabilities in facilitation and coaching, and has designed and delivered several workshops, training sessions, OD interventions and coaching engagements in various organizations that he was associated with. Pradeep has worked in Cyient, RPG Group, Hexaware Technologies and Times of India Group as Head of Learning, OD and Talent Management, was a Principal Consultant with Mercer Consulting in their Human Capital Advisory Services and co-founded YCTS Pvt. Ltd., a boutique firm into Management Consulting and Training.   Pradeep holds a Certificate in Organization Development from NTL Institute, and is certified on MBTI by CPP Asia Pacific, Stakeholder-Centred Coaching by Marshall Goldsmith, Debriefing of 360 Assessments by Center for Creative Leadership, Job Analysis and Competency Design by CEB SHL, Predictive Index by PI International, and PPA & HJA by Thomas International.
